Job Description
The Bank Better Champion role is a frontline, client-facing position focused on delivering excellent service and ensuring smooth branch flow. Successful candidates will welcome clients, manage queues efficiently, assist at ATMs, and support transactions across self-service and remote banking channels. This position is designed to help you gain the knowledge, skills, and experience required to grow into a Service Consultant role within Capitec Bank.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and create a positive first impression
- Coordinate branch flow through efficient queue management
- Provide excellent client service
- Assist clients at ATMs and self-service terminals
- Support clients with transactions on remote and digital channels
- Learn Capitec’s banking processes and products
- Build a foundation for a long-term career in service consulting
Qualifications (Minimum)
- Grade 12 National Certificate / National Certificate (Vocational)
Experience
- No experience required
This role is suitable for entry-level candidates and recent matriculants.
