Job Description
- To lead the Electrical team in the execution of all maintenance related tasks, on time, safely and at minimal cost.
- Manage an Electrical team and control quality of workmanship, processes and systems in order to achieve maximum equipment performance and minimal wastage.
- Maintain and optimise plant performance
- Ensure the quality and integrity of plant maintenance
- Maintain safe , healthy and risk free working environment
- Lead Team
- SHEQ Requirements
Skills, Experience & Education
- Minimum of a National Technical Diploma or National Diploma (NQF 6) in Engineering
- Trade Test – Electrical
- Wiremans licence advantageous
- Sound knowledge of electrical control components
- Knowledge of AC/DC Drives
- Knowledge of HT and LT switching
- Knowledge of electrical legal requirements as contained in the OHS act
- Must have at least 5 years’ experience in FMCG or equivalent business
- Maintenance and technical support
