Eskom Communications refers to the communication department and activities of Eskom, South Africa’s public electricity utility.

Introduction

To assist in providing advice and assurance through the development and execution of an integrated Compliance Management programme. Position/Task Grade: T12 Department: CS Product Group Business Unit: Construction Services Location: Rosherville

Skills

  • Analytical problem solving and strategic thinking skills
  • Interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills including ability to conduct training and facilitation sessions.
  • Ability to think and work Logically, including with system.

Knowledge

  • In dept knowledge of corporate governance issues and compliance management programmes.
  • Good knowledge of Eskom’s statutory and regulatory environment
  • Knowledge of ERI’s business
  • Knowledge of the PFMA AND Ethics principles.

Attributes

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to work independently

Responsibilities

  • Manage Compliance process
  • Review the level of compliance
  • Track corrective management actions
  • Compliance reporting
  • Ethics reporting

Minimum requirements

  • Relevant National Diploma
  • Membership of the Compliance Institute of South Africa or  (Similar Organisation will be advantageous)

Experience

  • 3 years’ related experience
