The 2025 Graduate Programme is a one-year structured initiative in partnership with the Wholesale and Retail SETA (W&R SETA). This programme provides real workplace exposure, professional development, and hands-on learning designed to prepare young professionals for future leadership roles.

Five graduates will be selected to join the team on 1 December 2025 in the following disciplines:

  • Occupational Health & Safety (OHS)
  • Business Administration
  • Sustainability / Environmental Studies

Minimum Requirements

To qualify for the Boxer Graduate Programme, applicants must have:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in:
    • Occupational Health & Safety (OHS)
    • Business Administration
    • Sustainability / Environmental Studies
  • No more than 2 years of work experience
  • Must be available immediately (start date: 1 December 2025)
  • One position requires a valid driver’s licence

  • Updated CV
  • Latest academic transcripts
  • Copy of Bachelor’s Degree certificate or equivalent

Duties and Responsibilities

As a Graduate Programme participant, you will:

Support Departmental Activities

Assist your assigned department with daily operational tasks such as:

  • Data capturing and analysis
  • Report compilation
  • Process improvements
  • Administrative and project support

Learn and Apply Industry Knowledge

Gain practical insights into your discipline and apply your skills to meaningful projects.

Receive Mentorship & Training

Work under experienced mentors and participate in skills development programmes.

Performance Reviews

Engage in regular feedback sessions to measure your progress and identify growth opportunities.
