The purpose of the position is to provide support to the sector executives and to drive key initiatives into the sector and at clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the sector executives and teams and support with implementation and execution of the sector strategy.
  • Implement 90-day action plans for the key accounts in the sector to drive growth and client contact hours.
  • Analyse, review and distribute sector financial reporting data to all key stakeholders highlighting pipeline, wins & losses, account growth (including Contacts) and Sector influence to help drive overall growth agenda in the Sector.
  • Facilitate Customer Service Team (CST) meetings to drive key actions and outputs.
  • Assist in creating, co-ordinating and disseminating key insights (eg: Thought Leadership) externally to sector/key account client contacts.
  • Assist in developing reports and analyses to present local and global sector information to relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate across business areas to execute sector-driven projects and initiatives.
  • Evaluate competitor activity and sector related market information to feed back into strategies.
  • Obtain sector account information from the key accounts and submit key information into centralised business systems such as CRM.

Minimum requirements to apply for the role (including qualifications and experience):

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Financial Management; Business Management, Information Science; Data Analytics, or equivalent degree
  • Understanding of Sales Techniques and Market Growth Strategies, beneficial.
  • Prior exposure to Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce advantageous.
  • Experience in the Financial services sector or related field will be beneficial.
