Internship Details

This internship is aimed at graduates who have completed a three-year Degree or National Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field and are seeking relevant workplace experience.Mossel Bay Municipality offers this internship opportunity to provide graduates with practical work experience in the Project Management Unit, supporting municipal infrastructure development while enhancing professional and technical skills in a local government environment.

Minimum Requirements

• National Diploma or Degree (minimum NQF Level 6) in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Must be in possession of a completed qualification at the date of application
• Valid Code B driver’s licence
• Fluency in at least two (2) of the three (3) official languages of the Western Cape
• Computer literacy (MS Office applications)
• Must meet the academic requirements for the field of study
• Must not previously have been employed as an Intern in the Public Sector
• Willingness to work overtime
