The Cross Border Road Transport Agency (C-BRTA) is a South African statutory body established to regulate and facilitate the movement of passengers and freight by road between South Africa and other Southern African Development Community (SADC) countries. Its main goal is to improve the flow, safety, and efficiency of cross-border road transport.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of facilities management.
- Support in coordinating repairs, maintenance, and service providers
- Provide assistance with vehicle fleet management, including monitoring usage. Schedule services and maintaining vehicle records.
- Monitoring workplace health, safety, and environmental compliance.
- Assist in maintaining asset records for furniture and office equipment.
- Support the team in space planning and office moves.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of NQF7 qualification in Facilities Management
Competencies:
- Strong communication (Verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail with good organizational and time management abilities.
- Problem-solving mindset with eagerness to learn and adapt.
- Computer literacy (Ms Office-Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint).
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
