Rheinmetall Denel Munition invites graduates to apply for Human Resources Internships at Boksburg, Gauteng, South Africa. The Human Resources Intern will provide administrative support to the HR team and assist in various HR-related functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support
- File documents and respond to internal/external queries
- Screen CVs and application forms to identify suitable candidates
- Schedule and confirm interview appointments
- Assist in onboarding of new hires
- Coordinate meetings, travel, catering, and accommodation
- Support HR initiatives and projects
- Perform additional HR-related ad hoc tasks
Minimum Requirements
To qualify for this internship, applicants must:
- Hold a Diploma in Human Resources
- Be fully computer literate (MS Office)
- Demonstrate strong administration, planning, and organisational skills
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Uphold a high level of confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity
- Show initiative and be capable of working independently
