Job Description
Senwes Equipment is looking for a hands-on Parts Manager to oversee and grow our spares department. You’ll ensure accurate stock management, on-time availability of parts, seasonal planning, and improved stock turn. Your role also includes building strong client relationships through product support, promotions, and farmer events. You will manage weekly purchasing processes, oversee administrative accuracy, and report directly to the Branch Manager on parts performance. Staff development, performance management, and health & safety compliance form an important part of the leadership expectations.
Requirements
- We’re looking for someone with a Grade 12 qualification and 3+ years of experience in spares, ideally with some management exposure.
