South African Reserve Bank (SARB): Full Art Scholarship 2026. South African Reserve Bank (SARB) invites qualifying Fine Arts students to apply for the SARB Full Art Scholarship for the 2026 academic year. This is a fully funded scholarship designed to support and uplift talented young South African artists.
Who Should Apply?
You are eligible if you will be registered in 2026 for any of the following:
- Final year of a four-year undergraduate Fine Arts degree
- Honours degree in Fine Arts (after a 3-year undergraduate degree)
- Master’s degree in Fine Arts
- One-year Advanced Diploma in Fine Arts (after a 3-year diploma)

Download application form (PDF) - 6 to 8 images of your artworks created in 2024 and 2025
- Academic transcripts for 2024 and 2025
- Certified copy of your South African ID
