Job Description
- To lead the Warehouse team in the efficient execution of the delivery plan, in a timely, safe and cost effective manner.
- To lead and manage the daily activities of the warehouse team to ensure that daily warehouse tasks are completed to the satisfaction of business standards and internal clients.
- Lean and manage team members
- Manage and maintain a world class operation
- Stock and Cost management
- Manage product & package quality (TPM)
- SHEQ Responsibilities
Skills, Experience & Education
- Grade 12 Certificate
- National Diploma advantageous (Business Administration, Operations Management, or similar field preferable)
- 5 Years relevant experience in a FMCG environment with a track record of Continuous improvement systems.
- Microsoft Office proficient, particularly Excel and Power Point
- ERP system
- Valid Driver’s license
- Leadership skills
- Working knowledge of Problem-solving tools (Continuous Improvement Systems) advantageous
- Forklift Driver’s License advantageous
