1. Vodacom Discover Graduate Programme 2026
The Vodacom Discover Graduate Programme is a permanent employment opportunity that includes a 2-year skills development journey. It combines on-the-job experience, structured training, mentorship, and real-world business exposure. After successful completion, graduates are placed into permanent roles within the company, with the possibility of international assignments across Vodacom/Vodafone markets.
Minimum Requirements:
- South African citizen (by birth or naturalization) or permanent resident
- Graduates from DRC, Kenya, Lesotho, Mozambique, Ethiopia, Egypt, and Tanzania may apply for their local programmes
- Aged 26 or younger
- 0–2 years post-study working experience
- Minimum 65% aggregate for final or most recent academic results
- Minimum B-Degree (BCom, BSc, BTech – NQF 7)
- 3-year National Diploma (NQF 6) accepted only in:
- Electrical/Electronic Engineering
- Computer Software Engineering
- Information Systems / Information Technology
2. Vodacom Internship Programme 2026
The Internship Programme is a 12-month fixed-term contract offering workplace experience and training. It serves as a pipeline to the Vodacom Discover Graduate Programme or other permanent employment opportunities.
Minimum Requirements:
- South African citizen (by birth)
- Aged 26 or younger
- 0–1 year post-study working experience
- Minimum 65% aggregate for final or most recent academic results
- Minimum B-Degree (BCom, BSc, BTech – NQF 7)
- 3-year National Diploma (NQF 6) accepted only in:
- Electrical/Electronic Engineering
- Computer Software Engineering
- Information Systems / Information Technology
