Role Description
This is a unique position at We Buy Cars and serves as a key pillar of our operations. The role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong computer proficiency, and a professional, energetic, and trustworthy personality. We seek candidates who are honest, loyal, hardworking, and committed to delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
- Process vehicle payments as requested by relevant departments (±60–100 payments per day)
- Verify client banking details using Hyphen
- Cross-check contract details with NaTis via BLMS and supporting documents
- Generate OTPs upon request
- Conduct compliance checks as required
Role Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Preferably residing in the Gauteng area
- Ideally between the ages of 35–50
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong administrative and computer skills
- Patient, adaptable, and able to multitask efficiently
- Open to working over the weekend
