Position Purpose (All Streams)

The Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Programme aims to equip newly qualified artisans with real industry experience, enabling them to apply theoretical and practical skills in a live operational environment. Over 24 months, learners will gain hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to Transnet’s technical operations.
