1. PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
– Siyanda Bakgatla Platinum Mine is offering graduate development programme to a person who already obtained a qualification in Metallurgy or Chemical Engineering. The programme offers a practical work-based training to enable graduates to adapt effectively in the world of work and to be employable at the end of their training.
2. WORK OF ROLE
– A graduate will be required to work shifts
– Adhering to the company’s conditions of employment, policies and code of conduct
– Initiating development discussions
– Maintaining consistent performance
– Participate in continuous improvement projects
– Seeking feedback
– Taking ownership of their work
3. QUALIFICATIONS
– Grade 12
– Advanced Diploma or Degree in Extraction Metallurgy or Chemical Engineering
4. COMMENTS
– Preference will be given to applicants staying near or around Siyanda Bakgatla Platinum Mine
