Learnership Description

Absa is offering a 12-Month Unemployed Learnership – Trainee Financial Advisers, aimed at individuals who are eager to build a professional career in financial services. This learnership combines theoretical learning, on-the-job training, and workplace coaching, enabling participants to gain FAIS-aligned experience while developing customer-facing and sales competencies.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Participate in all workplace activities aligned to development objectives
2. Attend and engage in all required training interventions
3. Complete all administrative duties, including tracking and reporting
4. Deliver consistent service excellence
5. Maintain confidentiality of client information
6. Follow prescribed scripts and compliance standards
7. Assist customers and team members to ensure service excellence
8. Work leads efficiently to achieve agreed strike rates and productivity targets

Minimum Requirements

1. National Senior Certificate (Matric / Grade 12)
2. Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in one of the following fields:
   • Accounting
   • Finance
