Job Purpose

To administer, safe keeping and archiving member/customer contract information and Natis Documents.

 Key Responsibilities

  1. Respond to member contract queries
  2. Respond and resolve NATIS queries
  3. Receive and file member information and documents
  4. Archive member contract information
  5. Adhere to statutory regulations, organisational standards, policies and procedures
  6. Report non-compliance and implement corrective actions to ensure compliance
  7. Complete Individual Development Plan. Attend learning and development courses
  8. Participate in peer and team learning initiatives

 Qualifications

  • Matric (Grade 12)  (Essential)
  • Certificate in office administration(Advantageous)
  • Valid Driver’s License Code 8 – Manual operated vehicle (Essential)
  • Computer Literacy-MS Office (Essential)

Experience

  • 2 years operational and administrative assistant experience in Financial Services and related industries

Knowledge & Skills

  1. Cross-boundary, information search,
  2. interpersonal relations, communication skills.
  3. Filing and archiving records and documents,
  4. Computer knowledge (MS-Word, Outlook)
