To support in maintaining stability, availability and reliability of services and application by facilitating various Service Management process and associated activities including level two support with business or domain knowledge to ensure continued and quality service across geographies.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification

  •  Diploma in Information Technology

Experience Required

  • Technology experience
  • 3-4 years experience in Service Management Domain specific technology experience Level 2 technical support
