EThekwini Municipality is a metropolitan municipality in the KwaZulu-Natal province of South Africa. Created in 2000, it includes the coastal city of Durban and its surrounding towns and rural areas. The Zulu word eThekwini means “ocean and bay lagoon”. The landscape features a warm, subtropical climate, extensive beaches, hilly regions, gorges, and ravines. The municipality’s composition of urban, semi-urban, and rural environments presents a challenge for sustainable development.
Job Purpose
- Undertakes activities/tasks associated with the capturing of information, maintenance of statistical related information and recordkeeping application and, the provision of general office support.
Essential Requirements
- Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent.
- 3 Months relevant experience.
- Computer Literacy.
