The Department of Justice and Constitutional Development (DoJ&CD) is the executive department of the South African government responsible for providing administrative and financial support to the court system, overseeing the National Prosecuting Authority, and facilitating law reform.

- Magistrate Office: Giyani (CRT)
- Magistrate Office: Lenyenye (CRT)
- Magistrate Office: Musina (Cash Hall)
- Magistrate Office: Lulekani (Civil & Small Claims)
- Magistrate Office: Groblersdal (Civil & Small Claims)
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification

Key Duties
Successful candidates will be responsible for:
- Providing general clerical and administrative support
- Assisting with supply chain administration
