Requirements:
- Senior Certificate plus Certificate of Registration as an Enrolled Nurse or Staff Nurse. Current registration with the South African Nursing Council as an Enrolled Nurse or Staff Nurse. Good interpersonal skills.
Duties:
- Demonstrate understanding of nursing legislation and related legal and ethical nursing practices. Work within a structured environment. Facilitate and monitor patients’ health education programme (NTCP).
- Facilitate effective discharge processes. Ensure proper record keeping. Maintain standards to improve nursing care. Render patient care and provide support to Professional Nurse.
