Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 Certificate / equivalent or higher qualification.
• 2 – 4 years’ experience in Switchboard / Call center environment.
• Computer literacy, good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team and under pressure in a changing environment.
• The incumbent should have good telephone etiquette and be fluent in English and other languages or multilingual.
• The incumbent should be able to handle confidential information.

Duties and Responsibilities

• The successful candidate will be expected to Handle incoming calls and transfer calls to appropriate extensions. Handle outgoing calls, making calls on behalf of Staff, keeping records, and taking messages.
• Keeping track of doctor’s call roster and be able to use SMS system. Assist in enquiries about telephone directory and internal units.
• Perform clerical duties as required by management. Comply with the Performance Management and Development System. Answer general enquiries from internal and external users. Report telephone faults to the supervisor.
