Key Responsibilities
- Meet service level agreements (SLAs) and collaborate with key stakeholders.
- Manage and optimise the use of service delivery resources.
- Plan and manage service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Manage all domain controller (DC) operations for information technology (IT) and operational technology (OT).
- Manage all Data Centres (DCs) / Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) / Business Continuity Management (BCM) operations for information technology (IT) and operational technology (OT).
- Manage all service deployment across all technology platforms.
Minimum requirements
Qualification(s):
- B Degree in Information Technology/ Computer Science/ Engineering/ Business Administration/ Business Management at NQF level 7 with 360 credits or
- B Tech in Information Technology/ Computer Science/ Engineering/ Business Administration/ Business Management at NQF level 7 with 360 credits or
- Advanced Diploma in Information Technology/ Computer Science/ Engineering/ Business Administration/ Business Management at NQF level with 360 credits
Experience:
- 10 years’ extensive experience in service delivery, computer operations, data centre management and disaster recovery plan (DRP)/business continuity management (BCM)
