About the Role

  • We’re looking for a UX/UI Designer to join our growing product organization and take the lead in crafting exceptional user experiences across our digital ecosystem.
  • As a UX/UI Designer, you’ll own the end-to-end design process (from discovery to delivery) translating complex business challenges and user insights into elegant, intuitive, and scalable design solutions.
  • You’ll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, and Engineers to ensure our products are not only functional but also delightful, accessible, and impactful.
  • You’ll play a key role in shaping our design standards, mentoring junior designers, and driving design excellence across teams.

Key Responsibilities

User Research & Discovery

  • Lead discovery efforts to understand user needs, motivations, and behaviors through interviews, journey mapping, and usability testing.
  • Synthesize insights into actionable design opportunities that align with business and product strategy.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to validate hypotheses and define the experience vision for each product initiative.

Design & Prototyping

  • Design end-to-end user experiences across web and mobile platforms, from low-fidelity concepts to polished, high-fidelity prototypes.
  • Apply best practices in UX, visual hierarchy, interaction design, and accessibility to ensure designs are inclusive and effective.
  • Create and maintain reusable design systems and component libraries to drive consistency and scalability across products.
  • Use analytics and feedback loops to iterate and continuously improve the user experience.

Collaboration & Delivery

  • Partner with Product Owners and Engineers throughout the product lifecycle to ensure design intent is executed accurately in development.
  • Participate in design critiques, sprint ceremonies, and product demos.
  • Provide design leadership by guiding visual and interaction direction for complex projects.
  • Contribute to team-wide design documentation, frameworks, and playbooks.

Continuous Improvement

  • Stay ahead of emerging trends, technologies, and tools within UX/UI design.
  • Champion user-centered design principles across the organization.
  • Mentor and support junior designers, fostering a culture of learning and design excellence.
  • Continuously refine processes, tools, and workflows to improve design quality and speed of delivery.

What Success Looks Like

  • Intuitive, accessible, and visually cohesive designs that improve user satisfaction and business performance.
  • Clear, consistent design documentation and collaboration across Product and Engineering.
  • Increased adoption and usability driven by data-informed design decisions.
  • Positive design culture and uplift in design standards across the product organization.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 6+ years of professional experience in UX/UI or Product Design.
  • Proven track record designing and shipping high-quality digital products across web and mobile.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UX strategy, visual design excellence, and measurable product impact.
  • Advanced proficiency in FigmaFigJam, and modern prototyping tools.
  • Experience conducting and applying insights from user researchusability testing, and data analytics.
  • Strong understanding of design systemsinteraction design, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
  • Familiarity with Agile or Lean product development practices.
  • Excellent communicationcollaboration, and stakeholder management
