Job Description

To plan, manage and monitor the implementation of branch management activities and processes to deliver on approved operational plans in an effective and efficient manner. Role based in Liberty Advisory Partner

Qualifications

  • Bachelor`s Degrees and Advanced Diploma [NQF Level 07] in Generic Management
  • RE 5 (With 120 Credits)
  • RE 1

Experience 

  • 3 – 5 years’ experience in a similar environment, of which 1 – 2 years at junior management level
  • Proven experience in branch or team management, ideally in financial services, advisory, or insurance sectors.
  • Strong track record in sales, business development, and client relationship management.
  • Experience in operational management, including compliance, quality control, and service delivery.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and quality standards.
