On the Dot Supply Chain Management (Pty) Ltd, a division of Novus Holdings, seeks to appoint 4 diligent Admin Clerks in the Operations Department. This position is based in Durban, KZN. The successful incumbent will report into the Branch Manager.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Entering data accurately into the system.
- Verifying the accuracy of documents ( Invoices , PODs , Collection notes , Claims
- Organizing and maintaining documents per cycle.
- Knowing SAP and SCM .
- Claims Request -Providing feedback on Debtors Request
- Set Clear, Measurable Goals
- Data Accuracy: Ensure 99% accuracy in data entry.
- Data Entry Speed: Capturing of 1o routes per day
- Data Organization: Ensure all documents is properly filed .
- Ensure Timely Reporting
- Providing Feedback weekly for all documents outstanding .
MEASURE
- Deadlines, service levels and quality standards achieved
- POD tracker error reports
- Various SCM reports
- Responsible for stock handling in distribution and related controls
- Meet financial and cost saving project objectives as agreed to,
Educational Requirements
- Matric or equivalent
Experience Requirements
- Previous experience in FMCG;
- Previous inventory experience;
- Retail experience; Media distribution
- Previous experience inmanaging SLAs and external contractors;
Knowledge
- Knowledge of distribution principles;
- Knowledge of inventory management;
- Knowledge of Retail Management
- Knowledge of operating systems/applications(SAP)
- Basic knowledge of all Microsoft applications
- Proficiency in relevant software packages and applications (SAP, Syspro,)
