Responsibilities
- Meet sales targets in modern trade (revenue growth), managing key retail accounts and ensuring excellent in store execution track and supervise service levels.
- Route ridings, sales meetings, route optimization, control discounts and pricing, execute marketing activities, supervise promotion team, weekly sales reports.
- Collected and report competitor information.
- Compiled and implemented sales & promotional plan.
- Managed service levels and Execute marketing activities.
- Support Customers.
- Manage promotions team , deliver on weekly sales report.
- Manage relationships with store managers, mechandisers and key account managers.
- Track Stock Levels, drive product availability, and prevent out of stock situations.
- Conduct regular business reviews with key customers.
- Channels to be managed whole sale, away from home, WW, forecourts and Modern trade.
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
- Experience in customer relationship management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong Sales and negotiation skills.Knowledge of modern trade environment.
- Data- driven mindset with strong analytical skills
Qualifications
- Mininum Qualification-Matric with Certificate or Diploma in Sales, Marketing and Business Mamangement.
- 3-5 years relevant experience within the FMCG sales environment
- Computer skills including SAP,DSD, MM, SD, MS Office, etc.
- Business planning skills, advantage.
- Vendor management skills.
- Budgetting Skills, advantage.
- Code 10 valid drivers license
