Requirements:

  • Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent qualification. Computer literacy.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills verbal and written. Understanding of customer care and Batho Pele Principles. Willing to work under pressure.

Duties:

  • Administer the procurement of goods and services in line the applicable prescripts.
  • Compilation of requests for the supply chain management directorate. Provide effective document control and sound record keeping.
  • Provide administration supply on functional planning and operations for acquisition management.
  • Provide secretariat support service to supply chain management committees.
