Internship Details

We are seeking energetic and motivated Change Agent Interns to help drive change initiatives throughout the company. Successful applicants will contribute to change management efforts, engage with stakeholders, communicate effectively, and support teams as they navigate transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support change management initiatives such as RFID, Dayforce, VAS, Omni and OneX
  • Assist with communication and engagement plans
  • Coordinate and track change-related activities
  • Support workshops, training sessions, and meetings
  • Assist with reporting, documentation, and feedback analysis
  • Work closely with various stakeholders across the business

Qualifications and Experience

  • Recently completed qualification in: Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business Management, Change Management, Organisational Development, Digital Marketing or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organisational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and adapt to change
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • AI experience advantageous
