Internship Details
This position contributes directly to the consistency, clarity, and effectiveness of communication delivered between TFG Head Office and our store teams, ensuring operational alignment and an enhanced employee experience.
Working closely with the Communications Team, the successful candidate will be involved in the full communication lifecycle from content development and planning to coordination, execution, and measurement.
This role provides hands‑on exposure to high‑impact communication processes, supporting the delivery of accurate, timely, and business‑critical messaging that underpins operational excellence across the Group.
Key Responsibilities
- Engaging with stakeholders to address and resolve communication-related enquiries from both TFG Stores and Head Office.
- Contributing to the development, refinement, and distribution of internal communication across the store network.
- Supporting data and reporting activities by organising communication performance insights and store‑related information.
Qualifications and Experience
- Recently completed qualification in: Communications, Marketing, Media/Journalism or Public Relations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to change
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
