Job Description

Supervises and co-ordinates workers, materials and plant in accordance with programme and deadlines.  Ensures compliance with the highest quality and safety standards at all times.  Optimises on-site resources at an operational level.

Job Requirements

Key Performance Area

• Promoting, Managing, Enforcing and Monitoring of HSE requirements on site
• Taking complete Responsibility & Accountability for the overall quality compliance of the project under his/her control
• Performs work under the guidance of the Site Agent and works within the given timelines
• Administers cost controls for the works

Academic Qualification

Tertiary Degree/ Diploma

Years of Experience

3 Years + Technical Experience

Professional Registration and Statutory appointment

SACPCMP (Construction Manager)
